Bob English - With my public administration and service experience, I would like to contribute to the work of "Personnel," Budget and Governance Committees. As a listener member I served on the Outreach Committee to organize the last town hall meeting in SF.

Dianne Enriquez I would be very interested in joining the fundraising and outreach committees because I feel that they are very crucial aspects the board’s duties.

Sherry Gendelman - I want to participate on the outreach committee and the personnel committee and program counsel. On the National Board I want to participate on national programming committee.

David Heller – I would like to be on the Election and Governance committees.
Warren Mar – I would like to serve on committees that do fund raising and community outreach. I believe fundraising should go beyond the call-in pledges. We need to be at events in the communities, at music festivals, street fairs and other neighborhood events. We need to give working class people the opportunity to give small amounts of money more often. Fundraising small amounts will also democratize the station because having only 10% of the listeners contribute means we have a small amount of listeners eligible to vote and run for office.

Susan McDonough - I would be interested in the Outreach committee, and either the Audit committee or the Finance committee (since one can’t be on both audit & finance). Another one of interest to me is the Committee of Inclusion – kpfa is one if not The Only station that interviews workers from Farmer Joe’s or the Woodfin or Lucha Unida. We need more to expand our base among trade unionists, just to give one example.

Antonia Medrano - Outreach to Latino communities, youth.

Attila Nagy - I’m on the LSB Outreach Committee, previously on the LSB Programming Committee. Several of the Committees need to be re-established as they have been inactive. I’m also on the PNB Programming Committee.

Richard Phelps – I am currently on the Personnel and Outreach committees. I have previously been on the PNB Election and Governance committees and would gladly serve again. I stepped down from the PNB committees this year to allow some new members to participate.

Mara Rivera - I’ve been on the Outreach Committee and would like to continue.
I’d be interested in the PNB Governance Committee.

Paul Robins - I am interested in serving on the fundraising and the outreach committees of the board.

CC Campbell Rock – I would like to join the programming committee, audit committee and committee of inclusion.

Gerald Sanders - I think we need a listener based Outreach committee. I would like to make this happen.
The PNB has a governance committee that I would like to look into.

Sureya Sayadi - I would be interested in the LSB committee on programming and also on policies. At present only a few LSB committees even function and we need to change this dynamic. I would also like to be on the Pacifica National Board Committee on International collaboration and also work towards a new Pacifica station in New Orleans.

John Van Eyck - My skills include negotiations, the administration of national and field offices, budget planning & analysis, organizational development, meeting facilitation, and the integration of new technologies into the workplace. I would be happy to serve on any committee that fits.

Joe Wanzala - I would be interested in serving on the finance committee and the outreach committee at the local level and on the programming committee at the national level. While I am not a finance expert it is clear to me that the station needs to manage its finances in a way that serves the unique needs of the Pacifica Mission. Beyond the technical considerations that go into developing a budget, there are also critical non-technical considerations which I would like to bring to bear on the finance committee. For example, KPFA needs to think more creatively about how to provide resources to its unpaid staff corps, who play a critical role at the station and yet do not receive adequate support from the station. KPFA also needs develop a sustainable budget and prioritize long term financial planning with particular attention to maintenance of its operational infrastructure as the station's survival as a resource for the community independent foundation funding or corporate underwriting.

Jim Weber - I would like to serve on the Programming Committee to support the work of Programmers and the General Manager. On the PNB, I would support greater collaboration and less isolation between stations.

Stan Woods - I’m currently serving as a L.S.B. rep on the Pacifica National Board (PNB) governance committee. If reelected I would be open to joining the KPFA programming committee

Shahram Aghmir - The outreach committee of LSB as well as national programming committee of PNB.

Mary Berg - I would like to continue to serve on the following: LSB:  Have served on Governance, Personnel, Finance, Programming. PNB: Have served on Governance, Election, Technology, Coordinating, Audit. If elected to PNB, would like to join Personnel as well.

Chris Brown - I have no set agenda to join any one committee, all are important. But if I had to answer I would say the programming and hiring committees.

Brian Edwards-Tiekert - I'm interested in continuing to serve on the local and national Finance committees, the local Personnel committee, the LSB's fundraising committee, and the committee it will form to hire a permanent Program Director.

Jeannine Etter - For LSB; The Outreach Committee, Programming Committee and the Committee of Inclusion. For the Pacifica National Board Committees; the Programming Committee and the Racism and Sexism Committee.
